Sketchy, sketchy, sketchy. I asked them for a bid for Insulation, but they will not provide quantities and only gave me an overall bid for labor and materials, which is a huge red flag. Stay away from this so-called "family business", which they try to use to get you to sign with them. But they won't be transparent with their pricing. If companies won't separate the labor from materials then they're not someone I will ever do business with. You have to get a bid that separates labor from materia
