Good work done very timely and efficiently. Have to say that it is true that floor is very slippery, although it is supposed to be resistant to it. Had somewhat of a scare with elder, so had to place two rubber mats to cover the floor space of the shower. The slippery floor is something to improve, since similar comments are repeated.

I never used Bath Fitter services, but i have been constantly spammed by their advertising in HBO. Your marketing team is not doing a good job showing the same video 3 times in a row, and multiple times in the same episode. Annoying enough that made me want to leave you a bad review.

I am very satisfied with my tub to shower conversion. From the initial consultation and follow up with Juan to the actual project completion done by Luis Cenen, I found all personnel to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, and cooperative. I am very appreciative of their efforts and the service they provided for me.
