I had Bath Experts remove my old garden tub with a Jacuzzi Walk-in Shower. I highly recommend my installer, Dan for his outstanding attention to detail and his commitment to completing my install even though he stayed till after 10 in the evening to finish. He kept me updated as he tore out my old tub and installed my new shower. He did it with no helpers. He is amazing. Please ask for him to do your installation. You will be as pleased as I am.

We had our shower and soaking tub removed and replaced it with a shower system. Our job was a two day install. The installers, Lonnie and Bryan, were excellent! They cleaned up after the first day, dust was minimal for what they did, and had to make an adjustment to my original plan. The second day was even better. They were cooperative and very pleasant to work with. If doing a bathroom remodel, I highly recommend requesting Lonnie and Bryan as your installers!!

Updating my review, I didn’t have challenges getting a response to my service request, however when it was resolved, the service manger came out ahead of schedule and did a great job. They do stand by their products. I’m sure if I have any other service requests, it will be great! I was replacing an outdated shower and the process was easy, efficient and ending in a great result.
