Flaky, and highly unreliable... I dealt with the owner Matt. He sent someone to do the surface scraping, then he advised us to fix a faucet in the bathtub, which we did... after I informed him the pluming is fixed, he never returned, and now, he is not answering his phone. If I were you, I would work with someone professional and reliable enough to at least have the decency to answer the phone and communicate what the issue is to a paying customer...
