This was a great company for our H.O.A. to work with. Everyone from the initial estimator to the men who did the hard labor, did a wonderful job. Our street looks so much better now. The micro sealing was definitely the way to go. It looks like it was just paved!

Your supervisors, Orlando and Mark, were great to work with and addressed all of my concerns about the edging and making the asphalt flush with the existing concrete footers. The crew did a great job blocking off the road and keeping the worksite clean. In addition, the shoulders are beautifully graded, and the road is sloped perfect

We had Bates Paving & Sealing do our Mission Oaks complex. Great work by a group of really professional workers. We could not get one car moved from our guest parking during our sealing phase, and Bates came back later to seal that spot. They also came back to my carport to seal a triangular spot that was missed by their sealing machine. Great job! Thank you to the Bates employees!
