I was told that they would install a buffer tank for my well and was given an estimate to do so. I wanted to proceed but they did not return my calls for over 1 week. Finally when I was able to get a hold of them I was told very rudely, "We won't do it and we are too busy." Obviously they do not value their customers and I will no longer bother them with my business.

Simple advice over the phone with these great people potentially saved me thousands today. I'm very thankful for that. Call these trustworthy people if you have a need, I know I will again next time.
