Brett did a great job servicing our HVAC system for the first time in our new home. He was very thorough and gave us some good suggestions. He found some wiring that was in need of replacement and installed a surge protector on the condensing unit. Considering that the air filter had not been replaced in 3 years it was amazing the unit didn’t need more work!
