They got the tree down without damaging anything and that was not easy. Beyond that their customer service is terrible. They showed up without calling first and had the gate open all day with no care for my chickens. They damaged the yard and I’m still waiting for them to repair it. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Very disorganized and they promise but don’t deliver. I gave 3 stars because they did get the tree down from a difficult position. Won’t use again.
