Samantha was GREAT!!! She was prompt, courteous, professional, thorough and did an outstanding job. She was the first tech we’ve had that really paid attention and cleaned everything up when she was finished. We’ve been happy with all the techs that serviced our units but she was exceptional.

The technician here on time and seemed to do a thorough job, I didn't have time to talk to him much.
