B&B came out, thoroughly inspected everything, and took the time to show and explain exactly what was going on in a way that was easy to understand. In the end, the issue was actually very minor, and he simply sealed it instead of trying to upsell unnecessary work. I really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and transparency.
