Great experience! Scot was very knowledgeable, helpful, and identified various issues we didn't discover during our walkthrough with the builders that we likely would have never found otherwise. The inspection report is very thorough, and we appreciated the various callouts for items that likely wouldn't be addressed by the builder but are recommended for us to do regardless, including instructions on how/etc. Worth every penny!

I highly recommend Baker Inspection Group! They did an amazing job and were incredibly thorough. Buying an older home can be a bit intimidating, but the inspector communicated everything clearly and took the time to explain the details. They made me feel so much more comfortable and educated about the property I was buying. Five stars!
