A bait and switch experience. I want told of the likelihood of the need for plumbing repairs until nearly the completion of pier installation, art which point i was promptly provided a form to sign to complete the pier stall and acknowledge that if plumbing not repaired (estimated at nearly an additional $20K) with in 45 days, my warranty was voided. Not transparent, Baird seems to be most concerned about getting their money not an equitable business solution for their customers. Very di
