Bachles Fireplace personnel are helpful and professional. From start to finish they worked with me to get my fireplace up and running.
Great customer service. I've had my gas log set for 6 years. The remote box decided to quit and they replaced it under "warranty" with no questions asked. I'd definitely recommend them.
