My experience with BA house cleaning has been truly awful so far. They appear to be a heavily outsourced private equity outfit where customer support is contracted out. Hence why they also incentivize so many reviews. It’s been impossible to deal with them consistently, they cancel cleanings and worst of all if they break your TV or damage your dining table with chemicals only pay out a max of 100$

Lola did an outstanding job! She was very thorough, detail-oriented, and efficient. She even took the initiative to clean additional areas in the kitchen that I hadn’t expected her to get to, which I really appreciated. I’m very impressed and will definitely be asking to have her back. Highly recommend!
