If I could rate 0 stars I would. I had a contractor cancel on a sod prep and installation the morning of. I was stuck with fresh sod that needed to be installed the same day. I went through a list of contractors to see if anyone was available. Monarch texted me back promptly. Saying he could get some guys out asap, to do the leveling prep work and install the sod. I asked for a little reduction in his quoted price, he said because they had to sift through the soil and level that it needed to be
