Had an issue last week with our exit door, the panic bar quit and we needed it fixed fast in Chandler after the last guy made it worse, They showed up right away, installed a new one, and the door closes like it should now, I'd call them again.

I got locked out of my home and called these guys for an emergency service. We were promised a time they would show up, but the locksmith did not show up at that time. 15 minutes later we called and he said he was 15 minutes away. We waited an hour in the hot AZ sun and he still was not there so we called again, and again he said he was 15 minutes away. This time he did show up and while he did solve our problem he was very unprofessional and charged us over $900 for a service that was completed

Do not use! Ihab was two hours late and charged us $1000. Avoid like the plague.
