If I could give 10 stars I would. Long story short after dealing with a most incompetent plumber and home warranty who wanted me to pay more than what the leaking heater costs (still under warranty) for non covered warranty parts and a $350 exchange fee for a replacement (old heater is an AO Smith) I opted to have a Bradford White put in.
