Jacob came out because I had a couple of hollow sounding tiles and needed to fix the tiles and grout. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Got all my tiles reset and grouted, as well as other grout fixes and it all matches so good. Jacob went out of his way to match the grout so it didn't say "here is a fix". Any tile issues in the future, I will definitely start here for a quality job! Thanks!
