Beautiful doors. poor service. Every single window that moves has a mistake. Did my entire house. Not a single window/door that moves was smooth in the end. fixed pane? Gorgeous, and works. Moves? well either the handle arm is broken, the window sags, the trim is off, the arm doesnt tighten properly anymore in just 1 year, or with my 36 foot door system, they didnt put the break between panels in the center, so with a slight beam sag, now I end up with two doors that cant move due to physics o
