Very disappointed. Speaker cables were poorly cut and splitting apart, and banana plugs were mismatched for the cable gauge — a basic mistake that shows lack of attention to detail. When I brought it up, Marlin said he added the connections because I asked and that it wasn’t part of the original scope of work.
