I have had great success in utilizing Avanza for a myriad of jobs throughout properties that I manage. They are honest and perform tasks well. They have come into properties and tuned bad prior situations into intensely positive ones. My homeowners are extremely happy.

Do not recommend for snow removal and they use tons of gas powered blowers making noise and air pollution so much worse when there’s cheaper, cleaner alternatives easily available.

I hope they are better at landscaping than they are at plowing snow. I’m disappointed in the services provided by this company, as well as the lack of communication or CONCERN regarding the disappointment.
