Very disappointed ,we found a home we finally wanted and in the end because we're a cash buyer we can't get the incentives that others can have that need to finance. Pretty much bs. Our money is as green as others. Meanwhile the house plan was great,great views.

This is a great area with incredible mountain views. awesome pricing and several models to choose from.
