Garbage “company” horrible customer service. Incompetent to say the least. Brie is a terrible employee who isn’t capable answering simple questions. Two weeks and they can’t fix a refrigerator. Avoid at all costs.

I had my refrigerator compressor serviced by AVA Management on January 29, and unfortunately the experience was extremely frustrating from start to finish. While the initial repair seemed to fix the issue, it quickly became clear that the problem was not fully resolved. On February 5, a technician returned and identified that the freezer door was missing a wheel or bracket, preventing it from sealing properly. I was told I would receive a quote. From there, communication and urgency completely
