I had an appointment scheduled for Friday. I scheduled this appointment 2 weeks prior to Friday, so I had already been without TV for 2 weeks. Friday comes and goes and AV Specialsits does not show up. I called Saturday to get someone out here and no once called me back til Monday full of excuses saying the on call guy assumed it was one phone number to call and he didn't get my phone number blah blah blah. Horrible Service! Overrated! They need a course in customer service and how NOT to
