I spoke with David, the owner, last week and we confirmed an appointment for Monday, May 4 at the Sharonville location to program a key fob. Unfortunately, he never arrived to perform the service. I waited about 30 minutes at the business and did not receive any text or call with an update. I called and texted him multiple times while there.
