They have been working on our system for the past year and a half both in our main home and pool house. Per their direction, all old Control4 equipment and wiring was replaced with all new racks, wiring, and equipment. We have had nothing but issues, admittedly a few ours, but mostly “system issues” needing new parts. Their communication has been poor and it takes days sometimes weeks to get someone out to fix the problem. Being without tv or sound for days/weeks at a time after spending over 50
