A terrible experience. This is the third time I've been there, and I don't plan on going back. I went looking for a spring for a 16x7 Amarr garage door, which is obviously theirs, and they told me they didn't have it. The dimensions were 312 x 2 5/8 x 41 inches. The garage door wouldn't open, and two cars were trapped inside. One of the door closers broke, and the steel cable came loose, making it impossible to open. The receptionists always have a bad attitude or treat you like you're bothering
