Frank has done the following for us in our home renovation: removed a full wall of bricks from a wall containing a fire place and reframed the area to be a smooth wall; framed a new wall structure to hold an electric fireplace and TV; tore down two soffits and some bench seating in the kitchen; replaced 3 bay area windows with new windows, replaced the bay outside siding and improved the bay framing on the inside. Frank found an issue with a supporting roof beam and talked through ways to fix

We had Frank out to repair some termite damage. Which he did without issue. He installed pressure treated posts and and then he clad all the beams as well. He also repaneled the whole back of the house due to some other work he did for us. All came out very nice. He has a ton of experience in many areas dealing with construction and remodeling and on. Frank is very creative as you can see from my pictures. He did a fantastic job! Very happy we used Frank!
