I’ve been using Austin Rooter for my septic needs for the past 4 years and they have been awesome. From septic pumps to replacing lids to small jobs, such as adding adding a riser lid. Quotes are provided at a reasonable rate & gets scheduled almost right away. Paying is super convenient as well, and if you need financing, they offer that too!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! We used inspect it Austin as a home inspector. They charged us a flat rate of right over $1000 for all inspections on a house we were interested in buying (NOT OUR HOUSE). The inspector informed us as we were there that the house was going to be pumped as they pulled up. The inspector then states that they stopped using them for a while because they would always raise their prices but they were the only ones available. The next day they sent us a invoice for $700 do
