Quality of service/repairs remains the same 5 stars, communication is a minus 1 star, the main number voicemail is always full so getting a call back is iffy at best.
Austin irrigation set up an appointment to look at my elderly mother’s irrigation system. She waited all day for them to come. When she called them, there was no answer and their voicemail was full.
We used Austin’s Irrigation to install our system 2 years ago. They stick to the bid, no surprise charges and completed the work on schedule. I would definitely use them again.
