We are just so impressed by the service and customer service we received from Terry and his team. Make no mistake, this is a customer service based business. Terry will be honest with you. He doesn’t try to upsell and he will design a system for your exact needs and desires. You can have Best Buy or many other companies sell and install your project, but you won’t have the confidence of knowing you can call Terry anytime and get solid assistance taking care of any issue. I thought the AV by Design crew was excellent. Terry has a great crew and the team was easy to work with and were fully invested in getting everything set up right. Camron and Kyle really took the time to make sure everything was in working order and the system is now working perfectly throughout the house. I'm a very satisfied customer.

We inquired about services to fine tune our home theater which had some problems with sound quality. Terry called and helped me resolve the problem over the phone. No visit, no cost, just plain ol’ good customer service.
