I had gas transferred from the builder to me. The lady on the phone told me the turn on fee would be waived since it was just a transfer from the builder account, but they ended up charging me anyway. It is not professional to tell your customer one thing and then do another! On top of that the gas prices have gotten ridiculous.

Atmos is horrible they are so inhumane we just move to a new house they disconnect our gas without notice we came home I started cooking to find out no gas we took shower in cold water! They take advantage of the customer coz theres no competition in the city
