I am very pleased with my new roof! Quality workmanship!

Hired them in November 2025 to repair a leak. The roof is still leaking in the exact same spot. After 4+ phone calls trying to get them to make it right, they refused to honor the repair under warranty. Apparently, their warranty only covers "workmanship," not the actual leak, and their contract allows them to charge you repeatedly for trial-and-error attempts. Terrible customer service and a complete waste of money. Since they won't provide a refund, I'll have to go through Small Claims Court.

We had our 21 year old 3 tab shingle roof replaced with 42 squares of GAF Timberline HDZ shingles on 5/11/26. The entire process has been professional from salesperson, office staff, on-site foreman, installation crew thru final inspection. ARS covers all the basics from start to finish plus they are veteran owned and a GAF Factory Certified Contractor. Our experience with them has been solid. Neil & Maureen
