Todd was a super nice guy. The main reason I'm giving three stars, and not four or five, is around the choice of cable. I told Todd on the phone that my set up would have a PoE-powered Wi-Fi access point. I later found out that that means you cannot use CCA (copper-clad aluminum) wiring, because it's not rated for PoE use. It can melt, and ultimately carries a fire risk.
