I just rented a property in Yukon. I couldn't get there to mow the grass. I had Xavier mow it one time and paid up front. The second time I sent him the money up front, he got rained out on the scheduled mow day. This is totally understandable. He said he would do it Saturday and I told him to let me know when job was completed. No word from him Saturday . Now it is Monday and I have hired someone else to mow my lawn, because he still hasn't contacted me. Do not do business with ATEX, because
