One thing I appreciated was how calm the technicians stayed when unexpected wiring problems showed up in our old house. Instead of rushing or blaming previous electricians, they explained the issue clearly and fixed it properly. The setup looks neat and doesn’t make the roof look cluttered.

THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY - DO NOT BUY FROM ASTRAWATT - NO SERVICE WARRANTY. While I was originally happy with my installation, about 14 months into my ownership I had a micro inverter go out. No big deal I thought, enphase was quick to send a new one, but Astrawatt went through some business restructuing and now for service calls you have to pay upfront. Ok I thought, how do I get reimbursed? 2 months, 8 calls, and multiple email attempts later, NO ONE will tell me how to get reimbursed
