Poor phone ettiqutee and rude onsite job supervisors.
Called in to see if we can get a bid for a property under contract for my client. They couldn't tell me when a person would be "back in town" to be able to give a bid. Tired back again following week and still the same response.

I called to get a quote and had 3 appointments and they never showed up or called me to let me know what was going on nothing just left me hanging.
Mr. Tim and Wayland are awesome people! The entire crew are hard workers, would definitely recommend this company for any roof repairs or new roofs!
