I had to have a gas line in the house worked on while I was on the other side of the country. Scott was fantastic, did a great job and I didn't have to worry.

Aspen Plumbing was referred by Urban Desert Exterminating to extend a sewer vent properly through the roof so that rats could not enter our attic through the sewer. I contacted Aspen and when they were on site 10/20/2024 was told by Aspen that the repair would not be more than $300. Instead of correctly extending the vent through the roof however, Aspen Plumbing connected it to our existing gas tankless water heater vent. I questioned if this was to code and was told by Aspen it was to code

Soooo thankful for Aspen Plumbing. My gas water heater died so I started calling around. Talked and texted with Scott, he was so helpful and knowledgeable and gave me great advice. Also funny which helps! Really went above and beyond. Gave me a great deal in my time of need. Next morning Seth came right on time with the new one. He was so great. Super nice, patient, thorough, professional and helpful. He explained everything, made sure I was happy, checked everything and took the dead one away.

When Seth showed up to give my house a colonoscopy, I made a joke. He didn't laugh...but that's OK because his comeback was better than my joke. And things just got better from that moment onward. He was so careful and knowledgeable about the radical problem the intestine of a pipe was having. The next day, he brought Scott over and the two of them fixed the issue in the most professional (and compassionate) way. Now I have 1,000 problems, but a broken pipe is no longer the 999th. Aspen Plumbing was one of two local plumbers I had bidding to replace my gas water heater. Over the years I used Scott many times. Both in our Gilbert home and here in Queen Creek. Seldom asked for a quote. I liked Scott and his work. I called yesterday and the day before. Doesn't have the courtesy of returning my calls. Guess he doesn't like repeat business anymore.
