I scheduled an appointment in Sept of 2024. They were overbooked and I had to wait until Nov for another appointment. The owner promised me a discount on the service but never followed through with that. The technician came and cleaned the fireplace. But there was a problem that made the gas build up and explode. Chris did an awesome job in finding the gas stove I wanted despite the other "authorized dealer " in town was unable to or not motivated enough. And he went above and beyond after shipment was delayed. I have told several people about his store and a friend bought his wood stove there! I would not hesitate to purchase another from this guy!!
