We hired Skerdi from Ascendant to perform zoning analysis and explore preliminary design ideas for an addition to our house. We were very happy with the option he suggested. He was very honest and provided us with a ballpark figure of what it would cost to build addition. Because of zoning constraints we determined that the addition would not be worth it at that time. We still have the proposed floor plan sketch he suggested and will call him in the future to develop the construction drawings.

We could not have asked for a better partner than Steve at Ascendant in the process of building a new addition and designing a beautiful kitchen for our house. His expertise insured we made optimal use of the space, including the use of a curved wall and an extended bank of floor-to -ceiling windows to maximize functionality and light.
