William is always on time, professional, and really enjoys imparting knowledge about tree care and maintenance - this shows me he really cares about his work the health of the trees on my property. We called them, explained what we needed, and they came out to quote us. We said yes, and they told us they would be back on multiple occasions, and are now just ignoring us. I would have no issue if they didn’t want to do the project, but the fact that they have wasted our time with absolutely no regard is ridiculous and is absolutely no way to run a business.
