The cleaners were on time, friendly, and communication was good throughout the process. Overall, most of the house was cleaned well, and I appreciated their professionalism. The main reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of 5 is because the floor mopping felt rushed at the end. When I came back to do a final walkthrough, I noticed the floors still had quite a bit of residual dirt and didn’t feel like they had been thoroughly mopped.
