Andrew was very helpful teaching us the ins and outs of our pool systems and providing the recommended service. We Appreciate how thorough, patient, and knowledgeable he was.

I wanted to update my review as this has been several years since the last review. I have continuously been using Artistic and just wanted to drop a note at how great Jay has been in cleaning our pool and even coming out on last minute before I get together, I had with all this pollen in the air! They are simply the best and always accommodate and quick to respond. Thank you, Jay and Artistic!!!

Built a fence over the property line by a foot. Denied it. Only moved it after being forced. Tried to make it a foot taller than code/permit allowed. City of Decatur had to chase them to get it fixed.
