I am really impressed with the whole process, from visiting the store, seeing all the different turf to pick from. The employees were cool. I was able to watch the install. The guys are top notch and fun. They cleaned everything before they left. Artificial Turf Direct one of the best company’s I have ever dealt with. Had a good experience with ATD. Their salesperson came out quickly with samples and explained the differences in products and helped us make a decision. We received an estimate within a few hours, and after payment had an installation date locked in. The guys showed up, did the job, cleaned up, and everything came out great. This company is professional and we would recommend.

Great customer service. Their turf looked better than the others I considered, and the pricing was as competitive as anywhere else. I feel like I got a better product and a little bonus landscaping work done at a good price. Good install and grading. We just had some heavy rain and the water ended up where I wanted it no pooling on the turf.
