Overall service was great. The initial consultation was very professional and the sales manager (Richard) was very polite and knowledgeable. Once the work began they finished our backyard within a couple days. Very happy with the price and the work completed. They made our small backyard feel large and functional. Would definitely recommend Artificial grass masters!!

Update: The owner reached out to me and setup a time to come out and listened to our concerns. He explained the lines and how the section needed to be cut in half. I appreciated him owning the issue and he wants to make sure expectations are set correctly going forward. He guaranteed the installation and offered to handle any further issues I might have. Overall we are happy that we can use our backyard now and our dogs love running around like it's a dog park. Absolutely horrendous experience

Artificial Grass Masters laid some turf for me nearly six years ago. They did a fantastic job, and I still receive positive comments on my yard. I live in a retirement park where fiber optic is being installed and those workers had to tear up part of my turf to dig a hole but they did not do a great job replacing the turf. Josh from A.G.M. was on another job in this park and I told him about it. He and one of his workers came right down and repaired the corner of my turf for nothing. You
