Ed was great, thoroughly explained all of our options and wasn't pushy at all. Five stars!

Completely horrible customer service. The manager (who was a man named Hugh) was yelling at a woman as soon as they go on the phone and and completely disregards what the customer was explaining as the situation for the reason for the need of the service. Very alarming considering the customer was being transferred to the manager I guess to give more information that the representative couldn't and he immediately came on the phone yelling for no reason. They scheduled me for same day service. A couple hours later they left a voicemail saying the appointment needed to be rescheduled. The person over the phone was rude and unprofessional when I call back to know why would they make an appointment if they cannot keep. AVOID this company!!
