I have left messages for Tim 5 times now over two weeks and have yet to hear back. Sprinkler broke and he has yet to get back to me. I cannot recommend this company because of their extremely poor customer service. Had to turn sprinklers off because water was gushing everywhere. Leaving on a trip soon and with no reply yard in danger of going brown because I can't turn on while system is broken. VERY frustrated.
