To provide a very brief summary, we had three of what we thought were simple tasks: improve the draining in two bathroom sinks; install a new shower head in one bathroom; and replace the sink stopper assembly in one bathroom sink--tasks one and two were completed; task three was a huge mess and resulted, finally, in installation of the stopper assembly but leaving a weak flowing faucet.
