I am very pleased with my experience with ARK Generators. Andy the salesman was knowledgeable and nice. He was NOT a high pressure salesman, which I appreciated. The installation team was fantastic. The group of young men were friendly and very conscientious about the install. They left my yard in excellent shape. Mr. David followed up to make sure all was well, and I got a very clear "lesson" on how to keep the generator in working order from two very professional young men. I highly recommend
