I didn’t need to worry and ARK let me know. My house didn’t need any work and Joe from ARK let me know that and showed me why. I appreciate that he was knowledgeable and that there wasn’t a sales pitch. If I do need foundation work in the future, I will give ARK a call.

Had Jim come to our home and he was very professional and advised of what we neeeded to fix our water issues. He had a crew come out and they were very clean and professional as well! Would recommmend them to anyone who is getting water in their basements.

In 2017, the previous owners of the house we bought, had a French drain and sump pump installed. There was no sign of water, dampness or mold/musty smell. That was one factor for our decision to buy it. May 2026 my husband noticed the sump pump had not run with the recent rain we had. I called Ark Basement Svcs and they got us on the schedule for the following week, on a date that worked for us.
